3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

uu99 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳8,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawal.

4.3 Other Promotions

uu99 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time. VIP program benefits are governed by separate rules.

The uu99 VIP program has a total of 5 tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% cashback per week

You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. uu99 reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time. Specific conditions may apply for cashback benefits.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uu99 platform:

• Using any technical or software method to gain an unfair advantage
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device
• Abusing the bonus system or artificial wagering
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If there is evidence of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, uu99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice, forfeit the associated balance, and take legal action if necessary.
